About FDCR Housing
Founded in 2021 by Celeste and Marilyn Ross, FDCR Housing was created to honor the legacy of Fred Donald Christian Ross Sr. and Jr., two men who embodied a deep commitment to service and community.
Rooted in that legacy, FDCR Housing is dedicated to providing safe, stable housing and resources for families in need across the New York Tri-State area. The organization focuses on creating meaningful impact by offering not just shelter, but a foundation for long-term stability and growth.
In November 2024, FDCR Housing provided a three-story home in the Bronx, New York, to a mother and her children in need. As of 2026, the family remains in the home, reflecting the organization’s commitment to lasting support and real outcomes.
FDCR Housing continues to build on its mission by creating opportunities for families to thrive through access to housing, resources, and community support.
